Carnival Foods - A Neighborhood Gem for Cheese and Groceries

Very nice neighborhood store with a good variety of products. The wine selection is excellent. A bit more expensive than a supermarket, but worth it to support a local business.

Such an amazing team of folks. From the deli guys to the check out to the management and owners, it's simply a class act all around. It's not the least expensive market you'll ever go to, but the fresh made sandwiches and salads and lunches and dinners and the customer service (not to mention a lovely and extensive beer, wine and spirits selection) make every penny worthwhile. An absolute do not miss if you're in the area.

My local grocery! Very convenient to walk too….they have pretty much everything the staff is nice…they play calm jazz music which makes an evening shopping trip feel a little elevated! I’m happy it’s so close by.

Sometimes I get distracted by the bells & whistles and supposed selections and deals of a large hustling grocery store. Then, I step inside Carnival, and am reminded that a friendly hello, sparking clean floors, good everyday prices, convenience and presence of employee pride is a lost art - I leave with a smile. Best for everyday drop in needs.

Great selection and fast neighborhood friendly vibes! One point off for being really expensive but I guess it’s what you expect from a small business.
